Overview
PALSHIELD is seeking a Social Media Director to build, manage, and refine the organization’s public-facing communications across digital platforms. This role is responsible for translating operational work, field developments, and organizational priorities into clear, structured, and credible messaging.
The position requires disciplined communication, not volume. The goal is not visibility for its own sake, but clarity, trust, and alignment between what PALSHIELD does and how it is perceived.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and maintain a structured content system (calendar, cadence, campaign mapping)
- Produce and publish posts across platforms (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Convert internal updates (reports, field notes, photos) into concise external communications
- Support fundraising campaigns, volunteer recruitment, and project visibility
- Coordinate with leadership to determine what is public vs restricted
- Ensure messaging consistency across all outputs
- Maintain operational discretion in all content
- Track engagement and adjust strategy based on performance signals
Operating Constraints
- Sensitive political and humanitarian context
- Need for discretion and accuracy over speed
- Limited initial media resources (requires self-sufficiency)
- Messaging must align with real-world operations, not trends
Qualifications
- Strong writing and editing ability
- Experience managing social accounts for organizations or initiatives

PALSHIELD is seeking a Fundraising & Grants Director to build and manage a structured funding pipeline. This role focuses on identifying aligned funding sources, developing proposals, and coordinating fundraising efforts that directly support field operations.
The role prioritizes alignment and sustainability over volume. Funding pursued must reinforce PALSHIELD’s operational model rather than distort it.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate grant opportunities (fit, constraints, timelines)
- Maintain a structured pipeline of funding opportunities
- Draft and coordinate proposals, budgets, and supporting materials
- Translate operational work into fundable narratives
- Develop collaborative fundraising efforts with aligned organizations
- Support donor communications and reporting requirements
- Track deadlines, submissions, and outcomes
Operating Constraints
- Limited administrative bandwidth
- Need for disciplined selection of opportunities
- Balance between fundraising growth and mission integrity
Qualifications
- Strong writing and proposal development ability

Type: Volunteer Deployment: Fall 2026 (Phased Rotations) Location: West Bank
Overview
PALSHIELD is organizing a structured volunteer deployment for Olive Harvest 2026. The project will deploy approximately 25–50 volunteers in phased groups, divided into 5–10 person teams. Teams will rotate across villages, spending several days supporting families during harvest.
The objective is to provide protective presence, assist with harvest operations, and support basic infrastructure improvements that reduce vulnerability during the season.
Responsibilities
- Operate within a structured team under assigned leadership
- Provide consistent and disciplined presence in the field
- Assist with harvest support and basic logistical tasks
- Support installation or setup of simple infrastructure (cameras, alarms, solar, fencing, fire prevention)
- Follow movement plans, schedules, and coordination protocols
- Maintain accountability for conduct, safety, and assigned equipment
Operating Environment
- Rural, physically demanding conditions
- Long outdoor work periods

Requirements
