Action: Equipment delivery to the local protection team
PALSHIELD has completed a new delivery of essential equipment to the Sinjil Protection Team — a group of local volunteers organizing night watches to defend their land, homes, and families amid rising settler violence.
This delivery included:
- 20 high-powered flashlights for night patrols and rapid response
- 2 gasoline generators (8500W) to provide power when infrastructure is cut or unavailable

Incidents involving settler harassment, incursions, and attacks frequently occur during nighttime hours. Limited infrastructure, unreliable electricity, and restricted access to emergency services leave communities vulnerable during these periods.
The equipment delivered addresses critical gaps by enabling:
- sustained lighting for patrols and checkpoints,
- allowing communications and coordination when power is disrupted,
- improving situational awareness and early response.
This support enhances local capacity to monitor and respond to emerging threats.
Local Implementation
The equipment has been assigned to a local protection team composed of residents and volunteers who organize rotating night watches and rapid-response coordination.
PALSHIELD does not replace local leadership.
Our role is to reinforce it by providing the tools needed for effective community protection.
How to Support
This delivery was made possible through donor contributions and the trust placed in PALSHIELD to convert support into direct, practical assistance on the ground.
Funds were used to procure equipment locally and deliver it directly to the recipient team.
If you would like to help make deliveries like this possible:
